2 for Rich Enuff

Dosh is SW2 for Rich Enuff making a winning debut in Thursday’s Gr3 Ottawa Stakes (1000m) at Flemington.

Breaking smartly, Dosh led comfortably and looked set for an easy win before hanging out to her right 200m out and then straightening up late to edge Nice For What (Shalaa) with Butter Blonde (Choisir) staying on well for third.

Dosh was purchased by trainer Grahame Begg for $155,000 as a Inglis Classic yearling from the Glenlogan Stud draft.

She is a half-sister to Brisbane winner Sunlander (Real Saga), their dam Raise Up (Shovhog) a winner of six races in Brisbane and a half-sister to Listed-placed Raise A King (Unbridled’s Song).

The granddam Raise A Million (Raise A Crown) won twice in Sydney and a half-sister to Gr2 Reisling Slipper Trial and Tea Rose Stakes at Rosehill winner Bold Promise (Luskin Star), the dam of Gr1 Golden Slipper and ATC Sires’ Produce Stakes winner Merlene (Danehill), Gr1 Newmarket Handicap at Flemington winner Miss Pennymoney (Brocco) and Gr3 Blue Diamond Preview at Caulfield winner Compulsion (Danehill)

Gr2 winner Rich Enuff (Written Tycoon) stands at Woodside Park Stud in Victoria where he is advertised at $8,800 in 2020.
