She is a sister to Gr1 Woodbine Mile winner Shakespeare and a half-sister to GrI Breeders’ Cup Filly & Mare Turf winner Perfect Shirl (Perfect Soul), the dam of Shirl’s Speight,
The granddam Lady Shirl (That’s A Nice) won 18 races including the Gr1 Flower Bowl Stakes on turf at Belmont Park.
Lady Speightspeare is also the 115th stakes winner for Speightstown (Gone West) who stands at WinStar Farm in Kentucky.
