Held up behind the early speed to the home turn, Rachel King was able to find a gap in the home straight and Paths Of Glory came through to edge The Lord Mayor (Rock ’n’ Pop) and Hush Writer (Rulership) in a driving finish.
Paths Of Glory started his career in England and is now the winner of six of his 13 starts for the China Horse Club..
His dam Pacific Rim (Singspiel) won the Gr2 Prix de Malleret at Saint-Cloud and a half-sister to Gr2 Prix Hocquart at Longchamp winner Prairie Star (Peintre Celebre).
The granddam Prairie Runner (Arazi) won the Gr3 Prix de Minerve at Deauville.
Classic winner Mastercraftsman (Danehill Dancer) also has Italian Gr3 winner Victoria Regina out of a Singspiel mare.
