41 for Kingman, first for Frankel

Noble Truth is SW41 for Kingman winning Friday’s Flying Scotsman Stakes (7f) for 2yos at Doncaster.

Settled behind the leader Razzle Dazzle till passing halfway, Noble Truth quickened into the lead two furlongs out than held the late flourish from Hoo Ya Mai (Teriitories) to score by a nose with Gwan So (Ulysses) a length and a quarter away in third.

It is the second win from three starts for the Jean-Pierre Dubois-bred, Godolphin-owned Noble Truth, a €1,100,000 Arqana Deauville yearling where he was consigned by Haras des Capucines.

He is the second foal out of Speralita (Frankel), an unraced three-quarter sister to dual Japanese Gr1 winner Soul Stirring (Frankel) and  half-sister to three-times Gr1 winner and Champion 2011 Turf Mare in USA Stacelita (Monsun), the dam of Soul Stirring and Gr3 winner Schon Glanz (Deep Impact).

The granddam Soignee (Dashing Blade) won the Listed Kronimus-Rennen at Baden Baden and a half-sister to three stakes winners including Gr2 Simoun and Listed winner Soudaine, the dam of Gr2 Savoir Vivre and Listed winner Sussudio

The win also marks the first stakes winner for Frankel (Galileo) as a broodmare sire with Kingman who has two foals to have raced out of Frankel mares, both winners, and also the sire of stakes winners Nausha (Gr3), Fox Chairman, Serve The King and Save A Forest out of Galileo mares.

Champion Kingman is advertised €150,000 in 2021 for Juddmonte Farms in England.
