A €9,500 Tattersalls foal, the Donal Boylan-bred The Lir Jet sold for €8,000 as a Goffs yearling. His dam Paper Dreams (Green Desert) won twice while his granddam Pickwick Papers (Singspiel) was unraced and a half-sister to Gr3 St Leger Italiano winner Donn Halling and Irish Listed winner Dossier.
The third dam Papering (Shaadi) was the Champion Older Mare in Italy in 1997 winning the Gr2 Premio Lydia Tesio and Gr3 Premio Federico Tesio.
Prince Of Lir’s (Kodiac) oldest offspring are two-year-olds of 2020. He is advertised at €4,000 at Ballyhane Stud in Ireland in 2020.
