A $380,000 Inglis Premier yearling when consigned by Blue Gum Farm, September Run is trained by Chris Waller and after finishing fourth in the Gr3 Widden Stakes has now won her last two starts.
She is the first foal of Gr3 Mumm Stakes winner Pittsburgh Flyer (Street Cry) and the granddam is Champion South African 2YO Filly of 2002-3 Warning Zone, a winner five times including the Gr2 Golden Slipper at Greyville and third in the Gr1 Triple Tiara Fillies Guineas at Newmarket.
Gr1 winner Exceed And Excel was champion Australian sire in 2012-13 and is the sire of 15 Gr1 winners to date including Champion filly Guelph, Flamberge, Bivouac and Microphone.
