Gimmie Par is SW76 for Not A Single Doubt winning Saturday’s Gr3 Quezette Stakes (1100m) for 3YO fillies at Caulfield.

Settled just behind the early speed set by See You In Spring and Scorched Earth, Gimmie Par challenged early in the home straight and then asserted her superiority to go clear 100m out and defeat the fast Heresy (Street Boss) by half a length with Scorched Earth (Nicconi) the same distance away third (pic: Racing Photos).

It is the second win from three starts for the Gilgai Farm-homebred, runner-up in the Listed Talindert Stakes at Flemington on debut.

Gimmie Par is a half-sister to Gr1 Caulfield Guineas and Gr1 Golden Rose winner Ole Kirk (Written Tycoon), their dam Naturale (Bel Esprit) a sister to the unbeaten champion Black Caviar and half-sister to four-time Gr1 winner and sire All Too Hard (Casino Prince).

Gimmie Par is 3×4 to Easy Date (Grand Chaudiere), the granddam of Not A Single Doubt (Redoute’s Choice), and Not A Single Doubt also has Gr1 winner Miracles Of Life and Gr2 winner Champagne Cuddles with a duplication of Easy Date.

Not A Single Doubt is the broodmare sire of Gr2 Karrakatta Plate winner Ima Single Man (Gingerbread Man) as well as Gr3 winner Halvorsen (Magnus) with duplications of Easy Date.

All Too Hard is the sire of Gr3 Maribyrnong Plate winner Hard Landing out of a Snitzel mare and with a duplication of Easy Date.
