Salonlove is SW34 for Lawman after winning Sunday’s Junioren Preis (1600m) for 2yos at Dusseldorf.
Third along the inside to the home turn, Salonlove was a little awkward around the home turn but once balanced up finished best of all to defeat Milka (Protectionist) by three lengths going away with Demonstration (Areion) taking the minor prize.
The Gestut Wittekindshof-homebred Salonlove is a half-sister to Australian Listed winner Salon Soldier (Soldier Hollow), Italian Listed winner Monblue (Monsun), Listed placed Sommernachtstraum (Shirocco) and to Salonshuffle (Big Shuffle), a winner in Germany and the dam of Listed winner Serena (Soldier Hollow).
Their dam Salonblue (Bluebird) twice a Listed winner in Germany and a half-sister to Tapster Stakes at Goodwood winner Peppertree Lane (Peintre Celebre).
Prix du Jockey-Club winner Lawman (Invincible Spirit) now stands at Haras de Grandcamp where he is advertised at €10,000 in 2020.
