Rocchigiani is the first Group winner and second stakes winner for Time Test winning the Gr3 Zukunftsrennen (1400m) for 2yos at Baden-Baden.
Pressing forward before the home turn Rocchigiani accelerated clear and staying on strongly to defeat Arnis Master (Tai Chi) by 1-1/2 lengths with Calif (Areion) a further two lengths away in third.
The Peter Schiergen-trained Rocchigiani is a half-brother to five winners including Listed Prix Luthier at Deauville winner Ross (Acclamation) and Chantilly winner Lady Doncaster (Harbour Watch).
Their dam Ronja (El Corredor) won the Listed Henkel Stutenpreis at Dusseldorf and the granddam Royal Sanction (Royal Academy) is a half-sister to Gr2 Pegasus Handicap at Meadowlands winner Regal Sanction (Regal Classic) and Gr3 Santa Ysabel Stakes winner Nonies Dancer Ali (Danzatore).
Time Test (Dubawi) stands at the National Stud in Newmarket and shuttles to Little Avondale Stud in New Zealand and currently has four stakes performers in his first crop.
