Need I Say More was purchased by Te Akau boss David Ellis for $130,000 from the Kilgravin Lodge draft at the 2019 National Yearling Sale, Need I Say More was also his first winner in the region when successful on debut.
Need I Say More is out of a mare by Fastnet Rock (Danehill) and No Nay Never has Group 1 winner Ten Sovereigns and Group 2 winner Land Force out of mares by sons of Danehill while his Listed winner Yesterdayoncemore is also out of a Danehill mare.
No Nay Never (Scat Daddy) won the Group 1 Prix Morny at two and has 112 foals of racing age in Australia and New Zealand, conceived at a fee of A$11,000. The nine-year-old was advertised at $44,000 at Coolmore in the Hunter Valley last season
